The 2015 Anderson Greek Festival

Festival Weekend: September 18th, 19th & 20th



Festival Hours:
Friday: 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am to 9 pm
Sunday: 11:30 am to 5:30 pm

Greek Folk Dancing Performances:
Performing inside and outside on Saturday by Neo Kyma Hellenic Dancers of Spartanburg and Anderson's own Troupe Palamakia

Dance Times - Saturday: 1:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00 & 7:00

Live Greek Music - Saturday & Sunday
by "Ellada" - "America's Favorite Greek Band" - Hear the authentic sounds of the famous Greek instruments like the bouzouki

Playground
Rides and inflatables for the kids available, along with Civic Center play-area

Friday Night Entertainment
by "Soulution" - Live party-dance band from 6 pm to 9 pm


Friday Night Happy Hour - outside
5 pm to 7 pm: $2 per Lite beer

"Junk in the Truck" yard sale on Saturday
10 am to 1 pm  -  vendors from the public, fee: $ 5 per car to sell
(sell out of your trunk, card-tables allowed)

Helicopter Rides on Saturday - an independent vendor, proceeds goes to the helicopter service

Plaka (shopping)
T-shirts, Greek novelties, scarfs, items from the Holy Land, crosses, Greek Orthodox books, jewelry, Greek Orthodox icons and more

Kid Venture & Walking Trails are also located on the ASEC complex, "Kid Verture" across from the parking lot

Yia Yia's Attic - indoor yard sale where you might just find an old Greek treasure
